What About Your Friends?

Are you Job?

Do you have "friends" who give you their opinions all the time and call it "advice"? Are there nosy pals that always want to know all the drama in your life? Do you have a homey that "knows it all"? There are people planted in your life who add subtract, multiply and divide. You do the arithmetic! First some felt sorry for Job, then it quickly turned into accusations that, he, Job, must have done something to deserve all this mess in his life. What "friends!"

How could they say these things to him?

(Job 1:1This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.)

The story goes on to tell the account of satan coming to God with the angels and God nominating Job to test. If you think that is unbelievable, read it yourself. God lifted His hedge of protection off Job and gave satan control over all Job's earthly possessions to do what he wanted as to prove that Job would not curse God. (Job 1:9-12)

For so long, we have been taught that Job was an innocent bystander and calamity upon disaster struck his life. We get the answer in

(Job 3:25 For the thing which I greatly feared is come on me, and that which I was afraid of is come to me.)

Deut. 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE TAUGHT!
Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid.

2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

*Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.*

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

We have to change our thinking about this situation that Job was in. The Word gives constant new revelation to those that diligently seek the truth. It has recently been revealed to me that because Job feared, he was tested directly in his area of fear and his life turned around when he began to speak to God and declare things that he knew of God because of their relationship.

¹ Then Job replied to the LORD:² “I know that you can do all things;no purpose of yours can be thwarted.³ You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’
Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know.

4 “You said, ‘Listen now, and I will speak;I will question you,and you shall answer me.’5 My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you.6 Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.”

Job 42:1-6;10

I must remember to mention that this ALONE did not turn it around! You MUST read on! JOB PRAYED FOR HIS FRIENDS!

10 After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.

Are you Job? When you can find no one with compassion to encourage and lift you when you need it, but you are all that to others...........you are called to pray for them! What makes you exempt from trials of life? You may be faithful and upright, but do you fear?

Seems to me, that you must be an intercessor then. I dare you to watch God open up the windows of heaven over you and your childrens' children!

The Promise

Sometimes in the midst of your darkest days, you will watch God bless others around you. He will even have you to bless people, while you are suffering. God will make you to rejoice in someone else's deliverance when you are still struggling in secret.

.................But there is a promise that He said and He is sure to bring it to pass.

"For the promise that he should be heir of the world, was not to Abraham or his seed through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith . . . therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed" (Romans 4:13, 16).

If you find yourself in lack- "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus". Phillipians 4:19.

God has promised that His grace is sufficient for us. (II Corinthians 12:9) Sufficient -

enough to meet the needs of a situation or a proposed end.

God has promised that all things work together for good to those who love and serve Him faithfully (Romans 8:28).

II Corinthians 1:19-20 . "For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us"

Psalm 89:34, . "No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back one word of what I said."

Joshua 23:14, . "You know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the Lord your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed."

When you have more bills than money- Luke 18:27 ' What is impossible with men is possible with God.'"

No good thing will be withheld. Psalm 84:11

Revelation 21:4, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

Well ...There you have it..... ALL IN THE BIBLE!

He SAID IT, I BELIEVE IT, and THAT SETTLES IT! IN JESUS' NAME AMEN!

If He doesn't do ANYTHING else................

He has done ENOUGH!!!!!

Thank you God for my daily conformations and inspirations!!!!! I cannot believe where you have taken me to. I could not have planned it, or thought it. I mean WOW!!!! MY GOD! I am in fantastic awe! I am struck dumb by your infinite plans for me. You said when I let it go, I would be light enough for you to carry. I have dropped my bundle and jumped in your arms! You said I am the head and NOT the tail! I believe You God because You are NO respecter of man and you are not the son of man that you shall repent! I have looked in me and to others and still there is NO ONE like You!

I can't tell you in a million tongues thank you for the NO! HALLELUJAH!!!!! It is all YOU FATHER ALL YOU!!! YOU ALONE! I just want you GOD! You are jealous for me and I am now paying great attention to you. I am Your agent. Your earthly mouthpiece! Let the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight.

Matthew 14:22-33 New International Version

This picture says a lot. Some of you know the story of the disciples being in a terrible storm out to sea, and Jesus appearing. What we fail to notice are the details that make the story relevant for us. The disciples did not recognize Him! How often do we have a feeling that God or the Spirit is leading us, or telling us to go one way or do something and we question it away? They thought Jesus was a ghost. They walked with Him closely and did not know His voice. No one, but Peter, heard Jesus say,"Do not be afraid...It is me." Peter was not the "favorite" John 21:20* (as noted in the bible), but he was the one who backslid, cussed and fought. Yet, he heard Jesus and said, daringly,"If that is you, then tell me to come out there with you!" And off he went, into a raging storm in the middle of the ocean. Matthew 14:³⁰But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. boisterous. 1. Rough and stormy; violent. 2. Loud, noisy, and lacking in restraint or discipline. What messed Peter up was those left in the boat! They began yelling and talking about how he was going to drown. Their doubt drifted out into the sea along side Peter and he heard them and listened. These represent your friends and family! They can SEE God doing the miraculous in your life with their own two eyes and STILL talk you out of believing it yourself. WHO DO YOU BELIEVE?

If your vision seems to be too BIG and impossible, that is because it is from God and the only way you can do it is with Him alone! Ask Him to tell you to come out in the middle of the storm and WALK! Please remember that if you begin to fall, He is sure to meet you where you are and get you back onto sure footing.

Genesis 50:20

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

If you think about the evil plans that people have executed against you , sometimes you have got to wonder,"Why did He allow that thing to happen?" He didn't stop it! He showed you who you are IN IT! He changed things around where you knew that it could ONLY be Him who did it.

Examples would be losing a job, so that in it, you would have to depend on HIM! You could waste time being bitter and angry or questioning it. Later you come to see that you were SET FREE and HE doubled your portion and you got a promotion with a BONUS!

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

James 1:2-4

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

We are called to worship Him in Spirit and truth, through good and bad, ups and downs. I have to remember ALL the other times when I didn't know where I would go, or what I would do and then I can testify to MYSELF that HE Has NEVER LEFT ME or forsaken me. I have NEVER lacked for a thing. He has ALWAYS turned it around for my good.

EVEN MY MISTAKES HAVE BLESSED ME! HALLELUJAH!

God I want to thank you for touching those who read this. Let the Holy Spirit pour over them as You minister to their need. Lord, let them know that YOU are the still small voice beyond the turbulence that life brings them. Lord protect their minds, and hearts. Show them your patient loving kindness, even when they question where You are. Finally, God, I pray that you would enlarge their territory. Give them mercy, favor, and abundance. Open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing. In Jesus name

NO!!!!! You CANNOT HAVE HIM!!! You must not know WHO I AM!!! I am a child of the GREAT I AM! I will NOT back down or be denied, discouraged or tossed to the side. Don't start no mess because you cannot handle the truth! The truth shall make us ALL free! 

My son is a healthy,  smart, well behaved child of the KING! He is patient, kind, loving, and oh so handsome. His mind is focused and his spirit is beautiful. He is the heir to the throne. Blessings run him down. He is anointed and prophetic and powerful! 

He is the FIRST FRUIT! My very first sacrifice. He belongs only to GOD! The first fruit is special. It is separated from everything else. It marks the beginnings of freedom from slavery.

18 He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created

The first fruit to the Lord is special. It is the best you have to offer and usually a bigger sacrifice. So I gave HIM my best. Lord have your way with him! I give him to YOU! In Ezekiel 44:30, it is said that a blessing will rest on my house when I give you my first!

Lord I am humbled at the remembrance of YOUR promises! You say Yea and Amen! I know what YOU said is true. It may not feel good now, but I know what YOU said and I will not forget. Thank you for the redeeming power over my first fruit seed. Thank you for your patient loving ways that are so beyond me. Thank you LORD Thank YOU!!!!!! Hallelujah AMEN! HE said IT, I BELIEVE IT, THAT SETTLES IT! 

My Commitment as a Woman of God

I am of the fellowship of the unashamed. I have the Holy Spirit and the power that comes with Him. The dye has been cast. I have stepped over the line and the decision has been made. I am a disciple of His. I will not look back, or let up, slow down, back away, or be still.

My past is redeemed and covered under the blood. My presence makes sense and my future holds purpose. My future is definitely secure. I am finished and done with low living, slight walking, small planning, small thinking, colorless visions, mundane talking, cheap living, and dwarf thinking.

I no longer need popularity, applause, position, early promotion, flattery, or praise from man. I don't have to be right, or first or recognized or regarded or rewarded by man.

I live by faith, lean on his presence, walk by patience, lifted and infused by prayer and labor by his DUNAMIS (strength or power from God) power. MY FACE IS SET, my gait is fast, my goal is heaven, my road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my mission is clear and my source is reliable.

I cannot be bought, paid off, bribed, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, delayed, or distracted. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the table of the enemy or ponder at the pools of popularity.

I WILL NOT GIVE UP, SHUT UP,OR LET UP, until I have stayed up, prayed up, stored up, paid up for the cause of Christ and my father. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must tell of His coming, give until I drop, preach until all men know and work until HE stops me. I know NO limitations!

My children are obedient and taught of the Lord. They wake up and call me blessed. They have no choice but to follow God all the days of their lives. And when He comes for His own, He will have no problem recognizing me from the world. My banner will be lifter high, my line of demarcation will be clear. I AM GOD'S WOMAN!
