Revelation 20

The Message (MSG)

A Thousand Years

20 1-3 I saw an Angel descending out of Heaven. He carried the key to the Abyss and a chain—a huge chain. He grabbed the Dragon, that old Snake—the very Devil, Satan himself!—chained him up for a thousand years, dumped him into the Abyss, slammed it shut and sealed it tight. No more trouble out of him, deceiving the nations—until the thousand years are up. After that he has to be let loose briefly.

4-6 I saw thrones. Those put in charge of judgment sat on the thrones. I also saw the souls of those beheaded because of their witness to Jesus and the Word of God, who refused to worship either the Beast or his image, refused to take his mark on forehead or hand—they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years! The rest of the dead did not live until the thousand years were up. This is the first resurrection—and those involved most blessed, most holy. No second death for them! They’re priests of God and Christ; they’ll reign with him a thousand years.
7-10 When the thousand years are up, Satan will be let loose from his cell, and will launch again his old work of deceiving the nations, searching out victims in every nook and cranny of earth, even Gog and Magog! He’ll talk them into going to war and will gather a huge army, millions strong. They’ll stream across the earth, surround and lay siege to the camp of God’s holy people, the Beloved City. They’ll no sooner get there than fire will pour out of Heaven and burn them up. The Devil who deceived them will be hurled into Lake Fire and Brimstone, joining the Beast and False Prophet, the three in torment around the clock for ages without end.

Judgment

11-15 I saw a Great White Throne and the One Enthroned. Nothing could stand before or against the Presence, nothing in Heaven, nothing on earth. And then I saw all the dead, great and small, standing there—before the Throne! And books were opened. Then another book was opened: the Book of Life. The dead were judged by what was written in the books, by the way they had lived. Sea released its dead, Death and Hell turned in their dead. Each man and woman was judged by the way he or she had lived. Then Death and Hell were hurled into Lake Fire. This is the second death—Lake Fire. Anyone whose name was not found inscribed in the Book of Life was hurled into Lake Fire.

Into me you see......(Intimacy)

Love is a spirit that must be birthed; its a baby that has to grow! Within the confines of marriage Eros(erotic/sexual) love meets Phileo(earthly/friendship) love that creates Agape(unconditional/baby) love!



You being intimate with God is the conception of salvation. As this relationship continues you become pregnant with a promise of love that grow and grows until it is time to birth it out. If you turn away from God you abort your call. The birth of your love child can save many. Allow God to prepare you for divine conception so that you may carry full term. God is faithful and Gentle! Agape love changes EVERYTHING!
 Isaiah 11:6-9 
 6 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling[a] together; and a little child will lead them. 7 The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. 8 The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. 9 They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.




Agape Love doesn't give you an out! Agape love says that no matter what no matter who, I will love. Not just long distance love, but up close and personal walk and not just talk love!

Your Great Commision

In the book of John chapter fourteen, I am BLOWN AWAY at how plain and real the text is! I will set up a scene for you: Jesus sits down with his disciples to talk to them. There is extreme pressure among them. They know Jesus is in danger. They have witnessed crucifixions and the torture that accompanies it. They also know that as many fans that their teacher has, he also hasenemies. Can you imagine what was going on in their heads?Jesus gathers them together and begins to speak: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. Jesus begins to describe these mansions that His Father has where He is going. Can you imagine the real threat of death and bodily harm of your teacher, guide, comforter, Savior and He begins to describe this glorious place He is going to and that you also must do as He does?
The question then becomes in our finite thinking,' if we follow you where you are going do we have to be hung on a cross, flogged, and tortured as well?' Thomas asks for the name and directions to this place and Philip just asks to speak to the owner of the property; God!

Jesus repeats that to know Him is to know the Father. How clear is that? They have walked with the Christ for years, watched Him heal the sick, raise the dead, feed thousands, and love unconditionally, yet at the hint of trouble they seem to reduce who He is! In verse 12 - 13 there is a guarantee from Jesus. {12 I assure you that whoever believes in me will do the works that I do. They will do even greater works than these because I am going to the Father. 13 I will do whatever you ask for in my name, so that the Father can be glorified in the Son. 14 When you ask me for anything in my name, I will do it.} Clearly if you truly believe in Him you will heal the sick, teach the gospel to all, and love people. You will raise the dead and cast out demons too.
You will do things here on earth that is greater than what Jesus did ONLY if you really believe! In turn He will do whatever you ask! WOW! Let that soak in! Over and over I read, "IF you love me"..... Some think they love Him but don't have the full understanding of what it takes to prove it. Your fruit speak about your love; not how much you shout, spin, cry and yell! He said to not just be HEARERS but DOERS of the word!(James 1:22) In verses 14 - 17 the formula is laid before you. 14[Yes] I will grant [I Myself will do for you] whatever you shall ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM]. 15If you [really] love Me, you will keep and (obey) My commands. 16And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever-- 1st- you Must do what He did! 2ND you will KEEP and OBEY His command(to do what He did)BE CONSISTENT! 3rd- THEN AND ONLY THEN will He go to the Father and ask for the Holy Spirit to come.It seems as if verse 21 could preach in any step-parenting brochure. The Father will love you when He sees how you love His Son!

He promises to manifest Himself to you. Manifest means to be clearly apparent to the sight or understanding; obvious. Not only does He promise to show up; but to MOVE IN! (17)
Verse 27 sent me straight over the edge! 27Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Okay, let's discuss "leaving" and "giving!" I don't know about you, but I would MUCH RATHER someone GIVE me something while they are here than to be left something when they go! Jesus is CLEAR about what He has done here! He left something that anyone can pick up if needed, but to those who LOVE (obey, and keep His word) Him, He GAVE! God didn't leave His son for our sins, He GAVE HIM!


When abiding in the word, please notice the different words that are used in the scriptures. The Word is God breathed and have NO typos in the meanings. It is simple if you look and in all your getting, get understanding.

Remember verse 20- 20At that day(God's appointed time) ye shall know(SEE) that I am IN My Father, and you IN Me, and I IN you. How much better does it get than that? When people see you, they should see HIM(THEM)!

Smokin!

Have you ever watched a fire and saw smoke rise? The heat CANNOT be seen but you can see the result of the fire in a melting of everything in that area! Black billowing smoke rises and spreads throughout the area faster than the eye can see. You begin to cough and struggle to breathe. The odor is pungent overpowering. Soon your vision is blurred and your eyes are tearing. Before you know it fire and smoke has spread so fast that you cannot keep up! After
it's all done, you have soot blanketing everything. It's thick in the lungs of the people who were close in proximity but that you cannot see because it's on the inside, but they can feel it. The smell of smoke hangs in the air for a long time no matter what you do.


This is much like prayer. Yes, prayers rise too fast for any of us to catch. At first we cannot see it, but there is a spreading, a billowing, and for some people it is hard to breathe. You see, prayer immediately affects a concentrated area, but it quickly fills up a place and reaches far and wide without eye witnesses except for those who it found residence deep on the inside. Prayer and fire are extremely close in nature. Even after the fire has been put out, you cannot deny it was there. It touches a many in a very short period of time and affects all in different ways.

Start your own fire. Wave the blaze around! Add an accelerant if you will! Turn the heat up and watch it spread all over. Know that when it is all, over people will not be able to deny the power that it had. Some will say that it was destructive, but some will see the newness that it has to bring. Some things must be torn down and destroyed in order to be affected and changed.

So when you ask that I pray for you, know that I am starting a fire! I pray for you who read this that the fire of God be upon you. I pray that it burns up everything not like Him and that it causes you to run and move in what He has already declared over your life! I pray that it affects all those around you. I pray that they can see that you suffer from prayer inhalation! I pray that they see the long term affects of the prayer. May God get the glory ...In Jesus' name..AMEN AMEN AMEN!

"STONE HIM!"





So, I have been quite quiet about a certain topic involving a certain situation, but now I am going to bust if I don't loose my thoughts. You ready to ride? Okay, let's go! In reading the story of the woman caught in the very act of adultery, the priests, not the common folk drug her to Jesus! They tell Him the law of Moses demands her to be stoned to death and they ask Him what He says do. As he begins to write in the sand, they pressure Him for an answer. Jesus tells them that whoever is without sin, let them be the first to cast a stone. I have heard so many theories about what He wrote, but I liked this one best. I heard a pastor describe Jesus listing the sins of whatever Pharisee was standing over his shoulder looking for permission to stone this lady.


In shock they would back away and leave the crowd, without casting their rock. Oh, how quick we are pointing righteous,and Holy fingers.


Let's look at the case of Jesus. As long as HE was healing the sick, delivering those who were captive, performing miracles and feeding the hungry, everyone praised, followed and loved Him. Why didn't anyone uphold the same principles when it came down to the Christ? When it came time to punish Him, there was NO mercy, no forgiveness and no Savior. They screamed, "Crucify Him!"


He said, "Don't misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose.(Matthew 5:17)

Now think personally about the things that are only between you and God. I mean REALLY think about those secret things you know would have sent you to a fiery eternity IF it had not been for GRACE! How many people do you know would scream to kill you now if they knew what you had done? Some of us know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we have ABSOLUTELY NO business having rocks in our possession, much less throwing them!


I dare you to THROW DOWN YOUR ROCK and throw up your hands and remember that we love HIM because He FIRST loved us. (1John 4:19) Remember that we MUST forgive so that He will forgive us!(Col 3:13) When our brother or sister is snared by a sin, we are to restore them gently and humbly and be careful to not do the same. (Gal 6:1)In ALL situations PRAY (Phil 4:6).

My brothers and sisters in Christ, I tell you this......I do not want to miss the call when the horn is sounded and those whom I have accused or scorned are passing me in their way to glory! I hope that you feel the same. This battle is not yours and it NEVER will be!
WRAP YOURSELF IN THE TRUTH WAY AND THE LIGHT! Wrap yourself in the WORD OF GOD! GET WRAPPED UP IN LOVE AND GRACE! I KNOW I AM!!!!

conduct informed by notions of honor and decency. A form of language that is widely accepted as

the correct form. Used or accepted as normal or average. Viewed as authoritative or of

permanent value and so widely read or performed.

{Isaiah 59:19}So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west and His glory from the

rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a

standard against him. If God is lifting a standard than why aren't we elevating our levels of

expectation from ourselves? As we open our hearts and minds more for Him to change us so

that He may use us, expect controversy because YES YOU WILL CHANGE and so will your

standards. #doitANYWAY!

All Filled Up!



...........So you are at bible study, choir rehearsal, Sunday school, prayer, and service on Sunday morning. You are getting all filled up, right?

So then what? What are you doing with it? You are blessing your children, speaking in tongues, falling out in the spirit, fasting, declaring,and anointing yourself, but you walk by a teenager who is acting crazy in the streets. You never see your mate or spend time with the kids. You have emptied your cell phone of "friends" who don't hang out in church. You walk past the homeless. No one on your street knows where you worship!!
The question is, who are you to keep Him all to yourself? It takes two seconds to tell someone that God loves them! You have enough "word" in you to spread all over your state. Call up your daddy, who isn't going to church and talk to him. That is ministry. NO....you do not have to mention church to be like CHRIST! Giving love and showing compassion shows people that you care. When they know that you care they are more able to hear God through you.

So....GO HOME to your wife or husband because I heard a pastor say,"Jesus told you to love YOUR wife, and let Him love His(the church), because His wife is mean and ONLY He can love her the right way!"

Talk to your children so that you do not subconsciously drive them away from that building that they are ALWAYS dragged to.


I pray that you find your balance today in Jesus name!!!! AMEN

YOU ARE GREAT

I noticed about a month ago while picking my son up from his dad, they had begun doing this handshake of sorts.... They grabbed one another's forearm like a strange grab, and said,"I am GREAT!" They did it in unity like they had practiced it for a while. Don't miss this, I wasn't thinking...awwwwwwww, I was thinking,"WOW!" I felt so wonderful seeing that my son was being identified by his father! A child's sex is determined by the man before they get here and God intended for the father to tell this child who they are. I remember thinking that my daddy could beat everyone in the world up. He was the strongest baddest man alive in my eyes! Do you know why?.......because he told me so! If he said to do something....there was no questioning behind it. Not to take anything away from mommy, but there is something about Daddy! That something is the same way we are to honor our heavenly father and do what He says do!

Please share this with the men in your lives. They need to hear that they are GREAT!!!!

A Gentle Reminder





God Exceeds Himself-Goes over the top of what and how He did things in the past. He does MORE, BIGGER, BETTER! EXPECT GREAT MIRACULOUS THINGS for yourself! You cannot outgive GOD!

Now unto Him who is ABLE to do EXCEEDINGLY and ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL you could ask and or think according to the POWER that worketh IN US! Ephesians 3:20

Is there ANYTHING to hard for GOD? Genesis 14:18
The ANSWER is ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!


Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, an

d the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of

Israel, your Savior. Isaiah 43:1-3

He knows our END from the beginning and it is mentioned here that He redeemed, in the past tense(it is ALREADY DONE)! NOTHING, HE says, NOTHING shall overtake you. Not pain , stress or worry!


But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5

There is not one who is more empathetic than Christ. He know our very personal hurts because He was there with the Father when you were created and knew the tests and trials that would be here waiting for you to overcome! He is confident that BY FAITH you will be strong in the LORD and in the power of HIS might.


I know what I am doing, I have planned it out. Plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you hope for the future. Jeremiah 29:11

HE KNOWS! When no one else knows! THERE IS HOPE because you have a great future to look forward to.


And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering

is over." Mark 5:34

I BELIEVE that all things are possible with God and that NO WEAPON that is formed

against you shall prosper. I KNOW YOUR SUFFERING IS OVER!


Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, and forget not all his benefits who forgives all my sins and heals my diseases. Psalm 103:2-3

REMEMBER your past that only you and HE know. Remember where you were and where you could be. The enemy comes but to STEAL KILL AND DESTROY. But with God's

protection and divine plans over you, you are HERE!

"And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation12:11

YOU MUST CALL THOSE THINGS AS THOUGH THEY WERE!!!!

I AM FORGIVEN AND WONDERFULLY AND FEARFULLY MADE

I AM THE APPLE OF HIS EYE

HE THINKS OF ME MORE THAT THERE ARE GRAINS OF SAND ON A BEACH

I AM PRECIOUS AND VITAL

A Letter from The Apostle Paul

-Philippians 4 1 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends! 2 I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. 3Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life.
4 Rejoice in the Lord always.(not sometimes) I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident (Easily seen or understood) to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.7 And the peace of God, which transcends( Be or go beyond the range or limits of) all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, what

ever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.(What do people see from you?) And the God of peace will be with you.

I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable(Able to be agreed on; suitable) sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs(not according to your works, but...) according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

20 To our God and Father be glory for ever and

ever. Amen.

Prayer:

Father God touch whomever reads this. Please forgive any sin of mines that would prevent this prayer from being heard. May they get a complete understanding of Your Word. Lord open their hearts to receive what they read here and to be doers of the Word. God anoint their mind to conform to Your understanding of Your people. Give them supernatural overflow in their lives, that they might bless others in Your name. I pray that they share the Good word that they have learned. Let their spirit man overtake their natural man NOW!

JOY


When I woke up this morning, I realized that He didn't have to let me see another day. When I went in to get the kids up, I realized that I walked in there with two feet and legs that steadied my journey.
I was in my right mind. I could SEE them with my eyes and I opened my mouth and used my voice that works to call their names! Because they were able to hear me call, they awakened also. With working limbs, they arose from their beds and walked into the bathroom and flipped the switch and the lights came on!HALLELUJAH! To brush their teeth, they turned a knob on the sink and water appeared! I heard one call me as I thought about how God has changed my name! Like Abram and Sarai to Abraham and Sara, I went from Tiffany to mommy!Praise God! That is not a title or position that anyone can take or demote me from! I watched from my home as my son walked to the bus stop and watched him see it from afar and get on it all by himself.I watched the other use his own strength to open the door to the car. As I sat in the seat and turned the key and the car started (JESUS), I backed out and drove, my son to school where he learns everyday. We arrived safely.I came in the house, turned a knob on the stove and the gas came on and cooked food to eat (YES)! I sat down and used my fingers to type the miraculous workings of GOD on a computer that has internet capability! And I have only started!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU LORD! THANK YOU LORD!!!!!!!

What About Your Friends?


Do you have "friends" who give you their opinions all the time and call it "advice"? Are there nosy pals that always want to know all the drama in your life? Do you have a homey that "knows it all"? There are people planted in your life who add subtract, multiply and divide. You do the arithmetic! First some felt sorry for Job, then it quickly turned into accusations that, he, Job, must have done something to deserve all this mess in his life. What "friends!"
How could they say these things to him?

(Job 1:1This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.)
The story goes on to tell the account of satan coming to God with the angels and God nominating Job to test. If you think that is unbelievable, read it yourself. God lifted His hedge of protection off Job and gave satan control over all Job's earthly possessions to do what he wanted as to prove that Job would not curse God. (Job 1:9-12)
For so long, we have been taught that Job was an innocent bystander and calamity upon disaster struck his life. We get the answer in

(Job 3:25 For the thing which I greatly feared is come on me, and that which I was afraid of is come to me.)
Deut. 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE TAUGHT!
Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid.

2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.



*Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.*

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

The enemy has NO POWER in your life. He can only make suggestions. He is a liar and an accuser of the brethren. Revelation 12:10


We have to change our thinking about this situation that Job was in. The Word gives constant new revelation to those that diligently seek the truth. It has recently been revealed to me that because Job feared, he was tested directly in his area of fear and his life turned around when he began to speak to God and declare things that he knew of God because of their relationship.

1 Then Job replied to the LORD:2 “I know that you can do all things;no purpose of yours can be thwarted.3 You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’
Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know.
4 “You said, ‘Listen now, and I will speak;I will question you,and you shall answer me.’5 My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you.6 Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.”

Job 42:1-6;10

I must remember to mention that this ALONE did not turn it around! You MUST read on! JOB PRAYED FOR HIS FRIENDS!


10 After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.

Are you Job? When you can find no one with compassion to encourage and lift you when you need it, but you are all that to others...........you are called to pray for them! What makes you exempt from trials of life? You may be faithful and upright, but do you fear?

Seems to me, that you must be an intercessor then. I dare you to watch God open up the windows of heaven over you and your childrens' children!

The Promise





Sometimes in the midst of your darkest days, you will watch God bless others around you. He will even have you to bless people, while you are suffering. God will make you to rejoice in someone else's deliverance when you are still struggling in secret.
.................But there is a promise that He said and He is sure to bring it to pass.

"For the promise that he should be heir of the world, was not to Abraham or his seed through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith . . . therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed" (Romans 4:13, 16).

If you find yourself in lack- "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus". Phillipians 4:19.
God has promised that His grace is sufficient for us. (II Corinthians 12:9) Sufficient -
enough to meet the needs of a situation or a proposed end.
God has promised that all things work together for good to those who love and serve Him faithfully (Romans 8:28).


II Corinthians 1:19-20 . "For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us"

Psalm 89:34, . "No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back one word of what I said."
Joshua 23:14, . "You know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the Lord your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed."

When you have more bills than money- Luke 18:27 ' What is impossible with men is possible with God.'"
No good thing will be withheld. Psalm 84:11

Revelation 21:4, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

Well ...There you have it..... ALL IN THE BIBLE!

If He doesn't do ANYTHING else................

He has done ENOUGH!!!!!



Thank you God for my daily conformations and inspirations!!!!! I cannot believe where you have taken me to. I could not have planned it, or thought it. I mean WOW!!!! MY GOD! I am in fantastic awe! I am struck dumb by your infinite plans for me. You said when I let it go, I would be light enough for you to carry. I have dropped my bundle and jumped in your arms! You said I am the head and NOT the tail! I believe You God because You are NO respecter of man and you are not the son of man that you shall repent! I have looked in me and to others and still there is NO ONE like You!

I can't tell you in a million tongues thank you for the NO! HALLELUJAH!!!!! It is all YOU FATHER ALL YOU!!! YOU ALONE! I just want you GOD! You are jealous for me and I am now paying great attention to you. I am Your agent. Your earthly mouthpiece! Let the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight.

COME GET ME!


Matthew 14:22-33 New International Version

This picture says a lot. Some of you know the story of the disciples being in a terrible storm out to sea, and Jesus appearing. What we fail to notice are the details that make the story relevant for us. The disciples did not recognize Him! How often do we have a feeling that God or the Spirit is leading us, or telling us to go one way or do something and we question it away? They thought Jesus was a ghost. They walked with Him closely and did not know His voice. No one, but Peter, heard Jesus say,"Do not be afraid...It is me." Peter was not the "favorite"
John 21:20* (as noted in the bible), but he was the one who backslid, cussed and fought. Yet, he heard Jesus and said, daringly,"If that is you, then tell me to come out there with you!" And off he went, into a raging storm in the middle of the ocean. Matthew 14:30But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. boisterous. 1. Rough and stormy; violent. 2. Loud, noisy, and lacking in restraint or discipline. What messed Peter up was those left in the boat! They began yelling and talking about how he was going to drown. Their doubt drifted out into the sea along side Peter and he heard them and listened. These represent your friends and family! They can SEE God doing the miraculous in your life with their own two eyes and STILL talk you out of believing it yourself. WHO DO YOU BELIEVE?

If your vision seems to be too BIG and impossible, that is because it is from God and the only way you can do it is with Him alone! Ask Him to tell you to come out in the middle of the storm and WALK! Please remember that if you begin to fall, He is sure to meet you where you are and get you back onto sure footing.
